This banner delcaration came from a vision I had in 2004. In my dream I was in Africa and a blue ribbon from heaven fell upon me and then a green ribbon come from within the blue ribbon and expanded out and made a cross. My first banner was made with the continent of Africa in the center of the banner. I have made all continent and now can replicate them for you. 
size is 40  across and height is 55ish.
