We praise God as an expression of our JOY in HIM!! Psalm 33:1 REJOICE in the LORD O you Righteous! PRAISE from the UPRIGHT is BEAUTIFUL!
A garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness” is a phrase from Isaiah 61:3 in the Bible, which says, “To console those who mourn in Zion, / To give them beauty for ashes, / The oil of joy for mourning, / The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; / That they may be called trees of righteousness, / The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified”.
In this verse, the "spirit of heaviness" refers to a feeling of being mentally weighed down, despondent, dull, serious, or old. Some other versions of the Bible may use the phrase "spirit of despair" instead of "spirit of heaviness".

Even as Esther saved her people from extermination we save the lost with our abandoned lives gladly rejoicing in him!

God is sending us out as soul winners in these last days!
God is raising up "TRUE QUEENS" in the SPIRIT to clean  THE House OF GOD. THESE will know how to truly clean a house spotless. IT is an Esther company. THEY are TRUE MOTHERS in the HOUSE because they are sanctified ones that can't be bought! THEY expose the JUDAS' around the table revealing his plots and schemes. I'm releasing garments of praise and shoes that will elevate you up! This painting is about Queen Esther.
And the king loved Esther above all the women, and she obtained grace and favour in his sight more than all the virgins; so that he set the royal crown upon her head, and made her queen instead of Vashti.
So Esther lifted her head up and entered into the kings inner court. 
(We are to enter boldly before the throne of glory asking petitions by faith. It’s impossible to please the Lord with Faith - boldness).
When we lift our heads it’s the same thing as saying we believe you can do anything God.
Not only does GOD  crown Us with favor as with a shield, but he clothes us with humility as a garment of grace if we HuMBLE ourselves before him.
We are commanded to cloth ourselves with humility towards one another. 
If Haman had succeeded, the Jewish people would have been destroyed. There would have been no fulfillment in Christ, and therefore no gospel and no Christian church. 
Purim is the plural form of the word `Pur', and thus means "lots". The festival is called Purim because of the lots cast by Haman. The word Pur is also related to the Hebrew word `porer' which means to dismantle, break, destroy, break into crumbs.
